An invited work to present in Toga Asian Theatre Directors’ Festival held by SCOT, the theatre company of Director Tadashi Suzuki.The Festival also invites directors from China, Korea, and Japan to direct a Western classic Picnic on the Battlefield and present at different theatres in Toga Art Park. Dark Eyes chooses to localize the script and makes it a story between an Okinawan soldier and a Taiwanese soldier, excavating memories of colonization in Asia.
